Reno Bemigho Omokri, was born in Nigeria on January 22nd, 1974 to Helen Bemigho a civil servant and Justice Jean Omokri a justice of the Nigerian Court of Appeals. He has an LLB and a BL from the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2000. He also has a Masters in Law from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom.
He founded the Council for Youth Empowerment with Malam Nasir El Rufai, a Nigerian reformer and former minister of the Federal Capital Territory (under President Olusegun Obasanjo) which is a non governmental organisation involved in pro-democracy work and youth development. Also working under the direction of Malam Nasir El Rufai, he helped organised Nigeria’s civil society and opposition elements in a group called G-57 to pressure the Nigerian administration to reveal the extent of the ill health of the now deceased former President, Malam Umaru Musa Yar’adua. He was a co author and signatory to the letter of prominent Nigerians calling for a probe into the health of the former leader. Reno has worked at the British House of Commons and the Nigerian Presidency known as Aso Rock Presidential Villa. He is also the founder of a multi media civil project called Build Up Nigeria that has seen him produce a series of short films and documentaries presenting the positive side of Nigeria that is often over looked by the Western media. Also on this project, Reno interviewed three of the present presidential candidates (Nuhu Ribadu, Ibrahim Shekarau and Dr. Pat Utomi). He has also interviewed the current President’s Chief Strategist (Oronto Douglas) , Nigeria’s current ambassador to the United States, as well as the Chairman of the Nigerian electoral body, The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) . He also produced the documentary Facts V Fiction which was a viral hit in Nigeria.
He is currently a consultant at the U.S. Political Consultancy firm Joe Trippi and Associates (See http://www.trippiandassociates.com/) where he helps develop democracy support programmes for Africa.
Reno has been featured prominently as a political analyst on Nigeria’s major newspapers including in Thisday and The Guardian.
He also did a rebuttal to Ambassador John Campbell’s article on Nigeria which was featured on Transparency International’s (Nigeria) website as well as the Nigerian media For the future, Reno has a number of endeavours for which he is committed to including working with the Nigerian Diaspora to get election monitors for the April, 2011 elections and creating a free web portal where Nigerians can report incidences of electoral fraud.
There are many factors involved, but problems with ovulation are a very common issue with many women.
According to a study led by researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health, women who followed a combination of five or more of the following healthy lifestyle factors experienced more than 80 percent less relative risk of infertility due to ovulatory disorders compared to women who engaged in none of these factors.
This new report was published in the November 1, 2007, issue of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
(It’s important to mention that the relationship between a healthier diet and lesser risk for infertility was similar for different subgroups of women regardless of age and whether or not they had been pregnant in the past. 1. Maintain a healthy weight (and lose weight, if you’re overweight).
2. Avoid trans fat. Trans fat is typically found in stick margarine, fried foods and hydrogenated oil.
3. Stop eating excessive sugar and refined carbohydrates.
4. Consume more protein from vegetables rather than from animals. Good sources of vegetable protein include beans (all types) and lentils.
5. Eat fiber-rich foods. Best sources of fiber include vegetables, fruit and whole grains.
6. Consider taking a standard multivitamin.
7. Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes.
8. Consume one daily serving of full-fat dairy (i.e., 1 cup whole milk, full-fat yogurt, or 1-2 ounces cheese). That’s because a recent report showed full-fat dairy may help increase fertility in women more so than low-fat/nonfat dairy. That said, full-fat dairy is loaded with calories and saturated fat, thus I recommend you make only ONE of your daily servings full fat.

Nigerian officials have delayed gubernatorial elections in two mainly Muslim states plagued by deadly rioting and reprisal attacks after a Christian won a presidential poll.
Election chief Attahiru Jega said Tuesday's poll will be delayed by two days in northern Kaduna and Bauchi states because of security concerns.
The delay was announced just hours after President Goodluck Jonathan said the country's final round of elections will be held as scheduled next week.
Riots broke out in the predominantly Muslim north this week after Mr. Jonathan, a Christian from the south, won Saturday's presidential election.
Jega said he hoped the postponement in the two volatile states “will allow the further cooling of tempers.”
Mr. Jonathan said in a nationwide address Thursday that calm is being restored.
Media reports say more than 100 people were killed in election violence, though officials have declined to give a death toll for fear of prompting more attacks.
The International Criminal Court said Thursday it is investigating whether crimes committed during the unrest are within its jurisdiction. Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo warned “those who commit atrocities to gain power will be held to account.”
Analysts say the final round of voting, which follows polls for president and parliament, could be the most volatile. State governors in Nigeria have control of huge budgets and wield strong influence over policy.
The unrest this week began Sunday when Muslim supporters of defeated presidential candidate Muhammadu Buhari attacked churches, homes and police stations in northern states, sparking reprisal attacks by Christians.
The Red Cross says the post-election unrest has wounded 410 people and displaced 40,000 others.
Independent observers say Saturday's presidential vote was largely free and fair. Mr. Buhari says the outcome was affected by computerized vote rigging, and says his party will challenge the results in court.
Nigeria's population of 140 million is split roughly evenly between Muslims and Christians. Most Muslims live in northern Nigeria, while most Christians live in the south.

Make sure that the penis is erect. Don't use scissors or your teeth to unwrap it, for risk of breaking the condom. Step5
Hold the condom in one hand and the base of the penis in the other. If you are uncircumcised, pull the foreskin back. Put the condom on the head of the penis so the reservoir tip is poking out. Pinch the reservoir tip, and use your hand to unroll the condom over the penis. Unroll it all the way. Air trapped in the condom may cause it to break. Step6
If lubrication of the condom is low, risk of breaking is heightened. You may also re-apply lubrication when desired. Step7
Stop activities immediately after ejaculation. Before withdrawing, grasp the bottom of the condom with your hand. Withdraw while holding the penis. Step8
Gently pull it downwards and off while still holding the base of the condom, being sure to only do so when facing away from your partner. Ejaculatory fluids exposed to the female genitalia can cause pregnancy or the transmitting of STDs , to the mouth; STD transmitting. If you wish, tie a knot at the base to keep the semen inside.
CAUTION ONE
* Make sure you get the right size condoms. If the condom doesn't fit, replacement is suggested.
* It doesn't have to break the rhythm to put the condom on. It can be sexy! Try finding novelty condoms to play with: colored, textured, glow-in-the-dark condoms are fun and sexy. If the female wishes, she can put the condom on her partner.
* You should be able to go from rip to ready in less than ten seconds. Remember that if the condom breaks, you'll need to throw it out and start again with another one.
try flavored condoms and lubes for oral sex. A flavored condom will work when there's nothing else around, but, to prevent health problems, avoid using it for intercourse if you have other options. Sometimes the flavoring contains sugar, sugar can catalyze yeast infections. Many manufacturers do not have sugar in the sweetener, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
* Stick to water-based lubricants only. KY Jelly and generic equivalents can be found at any drug store.
While rolled, the reservoir tip should poke out. Don't use a condom if you have unrolled it. To find which way the condom unrolls, hold it by the edges and gently blow into the center to inflate the reservoir tip.
* If it is too dark to see the condom or if you don't want to break the mood, pinch the rolled-up edge of the condom with your thumb and forefinger. If condom completely touches your thumb and not your forefinger, that is correct. If not, turn it around.
If you and your partner have both tested negative for STDs, after 6 months of monogamous protected sex, and you are using another form of birth control, you can have sex without a condom! However, just because you can't get an STD doesn't mean that you can't get pregnant.
Remember that 'natural skin' condoms will protect against pregnancy but not STDs.
Do not try to be extra safe by using more than one condom, this causes extra friction which will make the condoms more likely to break.
CAUTION TWO
* Remember not to mix oil-based lubes with latex condoms! Any oil-based substance can very quickly weaken latex and make it break. This includes hand lotion, Vaseline, cold cream, baby oil, and even chap stick.
* Don't reuse a condom. If you take the condom off, don't put it back on again, even if there doesn't seem to be any fluid.
* Don't put a condom on if the package was ripped, or the condom appears to have been unrolled.
* If improperly used, a condom offers little protection. Even if properly used, there is a small possibility of pregnancy or transmission of sexually-transmitted diseases.
* Mutual masturbation can spread STD's, since you could get fluids on your hands. This is very unlikely, but is still possible.
* Condoms that are made of animal membrane do not protect as well as others. Stick to latex or polyurethane, or talk to your doctor about your other options.
* Novelty condoms, such as glow in the dark condoms, might not protect against pregnancy or STD transmission, but flavored, non-novelty ones will. Check the box for details.
* Don't keep a condom in your wallet "just in case". Body heat and pressure will accelerate the breakdown of the condom in the wallet.
* If the condom breaks during sex, stop immediately and replace the condom.
* No matter what anyone tells you, using two condoms at one time does not give you ' double protection'. It's been suggested that multiple condoms increase friction and cause a greater chance of breaking, but no studies have been done to confirm this up.
* Once done, please don't just throw of the condom out of your window. It's an ugly sight coming across a used condom on the road. Wrap it in a paper and dispose of it in the dustbin.

It said the number of arrests by the military in Kaduna town alone was 1,000 just as a curfew of 24 hours which has been relaxed a little bit was put in place.Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in northern Bauchi state said 32 of its members and 82 churches were burnt in the state alone.Buhari in his statement had told his supporters: "May I use this opportunity to inform you that we have commenced consultations at the highest levels to recover your stolen mandate. I would therefore urge you to continue to be patient." He alleged that the rigging of the election was done through computer manipulations. Thanks to cheap flights and the internet, the world’s not as mysterious as it used to be. Many of us have traveled to far-flung areas of the globe that would have been totally alien and unreachable to Brits even a couple of generations ago. However, there are still parts of the planet that – no matter how many tourist blogs you read – are still (almost) off-limits to tourists. Here are some of our favorite forbidden travel destinations.
1. Poveglia
Where is it? The Venetian lagoon, Italy
Why can’t I visit?: Because it’s haunted! According to legend it was used to isolate plague victims during Roman times, and then as a giant Black Death grave in the Middle Ages. As if that wasn’t scary enough, it’s also home to spooky abandoned building – complete with bell tower naturally – that was apparently a mental hospital. These days it’s off-limits to visitors unless you bribe a gondolier to take you there.
2. Area 51
Where is it? Nevada, USA
Why can’t I visit?: It’s a top secret military testing base, protected by armed private security teams patrolling in jeeps who are authorised to use deadly force to deal with intruders. Whether or not you believe UFOs have crashed landed there, the ridiculously strict security around the base means you’re never going to find out for sure.
3. Le Cercle Munster
Where is it? Luxembourg
Why can’t I visit?: It’s an exclusive private members club that’s extremely selective about adding new members. Want to join? You must be backed by two sponsors and be approved by a selection committee made up of bigwigs from the finance world. Unless you’re an incredibly rich banker, businessman or equity trader, you’ll never see the sumptuous insides of the club, take part in the ‘Programme culturel’ or eat the delicious food at the in-house restaurant. Damn!
4. Church of Our Lady Mary of Zion
Where is it? Axum, Ethiopia
Why can’t I visit?: Because it’s no ordinary church. According to legend it's home to one of the most important biblical artefacts ever – the Ark of the Covenant (and we thought Indiana Jones left it in a warehouse). Only a specially chosen monk is allowed to guard the ‘Ark’. No-one else is allowed to lay eyes on it or even get close, in case they melt presumably (see Indiana Jones again). Of course, some claim this secrecy means the Ethiopian church is telling porkies…
5. Most of Niihau Island
Where is it? The Hawaiian Islands, USA
Why can’t I visit?: Super-rich family the Robinsons (they’re not Swiss) bought Niihau in 1915 and closed it off to preserve its indigenous culture and wildlife. The 200-or-so natives who live there lead a blissful existence free of electricity, burger joints and, for the most part, tourists. There are very rare helicopter tours to the isle where you can wander along one of the beaches, but getting anywhere near the locals is strictly forbidden; hence its nickname, the, er, ‘Forbidden Island’.
6. Bohemian Grove
Where is it? California, USA
Why can’t I visit?: It’s an extremely secretive men-only club whose members include artists, musicians, businessmen politicians… and the odd president (Nixon was a member). Once a year they all gather for a two-week long festival where (allegedly) rituals such as the ‘Cremation of Care’ - a wicker-man-style faux-pagan rite - and the ‘Grove Play’ - a large-scale musical theatre production - are performed by members. It sounds like fun to us, but somehow I don’t think we’ll get an invite…
7. Lechiguilla Cave
Where is it? New Mexico, USA
Why can’t I visit?: It’s perhaps the most beautiful cave on the planet and frankly, the authorities don’t want you ruining it. Discovered in 1986 by miners, the sprawling underground complex is home to stunning speleothems, gypsum chandeliers and hydromagnesite balloons. We don’t know what any of these are, but they sound impressive. Sadly, unless you’re an extremely experienced caver you’ll never get a permit to see them.
8. Jiangsu National Security Education museum
Where is it? Nanjing, China
Why can’t I visit?: Anyone is allowed in… as long as they are Chinese. There’s a big sign outside the front of this very unusual museum stating that only Chinese citizens are allowed inside. The unusual entry requirements are because the museum documents the history of Chinese espionage, and the state doesn’t want us foreigners finding out their spying secrets.
9. Ilha de Queimada Grande
Where is it? Off the shore of Brazil
Why can’t I visit?: Basically, because it’s full of snakes – hence the nickname: ‘Snake Island’. Local legend states there’s between one and five snakes per square metre on the island. And not just any old snakes, most of ‘em are golden lanceheads – noted for their extremely potent venom. Because of this, understandably, the Brazilian Navy forbids tourists from stepping foot on the island.
10. The peak of Mount Kailash
Where is it? The Himalayas, Tibet
Why can’t I visit?: Because it's home to a Hindu god. Lord Shiva, to be precise, who resides at the summit in a state of perpetual meditation. Sounds like bliss to us, which is appropriate, as Buddhists also believe the peak is home to the Buddha Demchok, who represents supreme bliss. Because of this religious significance the peak was always considered off-limits by most climbers, before this Chinese government issued an official ban in 2001.
